We’re a creative platform disguised as a MaGaZiNe for and by juniors in the creative industry. We write about talent, culture and creativity from a Junior’s perspective in the hopes of bringing new definitions to the title.

This platform was born out of the observation that current creative media are somewhat hesitant or uninspired to put juniors on the front pages. Hence, the name of our MaGaZiNe. Why are we writing it like that? Ask your local millennial.

SAL-AD: A Recipe for A Good Campaign

Copywriter during the day and Jr. Editor after office hours. Apart from writing himself out of trouble, he is always looking for old inspiration. You’ve read that right. As a nostalgist, he looks at the past to figure out the future and it usually lands him right here in the present. He strongly believes creativity should help steer culture, instead of following it.

Ersem is an Art Director who against popular belief, also gets his hands dirty writing from time to time. When he is not making burqa’s out of hygienic facemasks, or creating beats out of thin air, he takes up the responsibility of finding & guiding new talent. Because he believes that’s eventually how we’ll find tomorrow. How’s that for an outro.

Thomas should have been a Michelin star chef, instead he chose to cook up concepts as an Assistant Creative Director. Everyday he’s writing, directing and seasoning his way to better ideas. If you ever want to run into him just look for the guy in the tailored suit.
